INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS ARE ACTIVELY UNDERWAY!

Infrastructure works in Orientiri Lisi are actively underway. At this stage, the following has been completed:

• Installation of the sewage system;
• Installation of the drainage system;
• Water supply infrastructure;
• Electricity network installation;

Gas, internet, and outdoor lighting installation works are in progress.

The project is being developed by GRG Construction Company, which actively manages large-scale infrastructure projects across Georgia.

Orientiri Lisi is a boutique residential area designed for private houses, located just 300 meters from Lisi Lake, where only 24 families will reside. Within the project, you have the opportunity to purchase land plots starting from 1,000 sq.m.

The project is financed by TBC Bank, while its commercial direction is managed by the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA).

Infrastructure works will be completed by the end of 2026.
