Orientiri Lisi is an exclusive private community designed for just 24 families, with more than 50% of the plots already sold. The project offers residents fully developed infrastructure and a well-organized living environment. Delivery conditions include a fenced plot with a gate, along with all essential utilities connected to each property, including street lighting, natural gas, electricity, water supply, sewage, internet, stormwater drainage, asphalt roads, and pedestrian walkways.
The installation of the sewage system, stormwater drainage network, water supply infrastructure, and electricity network has already been completed. Construction is currently underway for the natural gas, internet, and outdoor lighting systems, while all infrastructure works are scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
Land plots at Orientiri Lisi are available to both Georgian citizens and non-residents. The minimum plot size is 1,000 sq.m. Buyers can choose between full payment, an internal installment plan, or a mortgage loan through TBC Bank. One of the project's key advantages is its flat terrain, which significantly reduces residential construction costs.
The project is being developed by GRG Development, a company established by GRGROUP. Since 2013, GRGROUP has been delivering large-scale infrastructure projects throughout Georgia. The company owns modern asphalt and concrete production facilities as well as specialized construction equipment, providing an additional guarantee of quality and reliability.
Under an exclusive partnership agreement between GRG Development and the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA), GREA has been leading the project's sales and commercial operations since October 2025.
