Orientiri Lisi is a private residential community designed for just 24 families, with over 50% of the plots already sold. The project offers fully developed infrastructure and a well-organized living environment. Delivery conditions include a fenced plot with a gate, as well as all essential utilities connected to the plot: illuminated streets, natural gas, electricity, water supply, sewage system, internet, stormwater drainage, asphalt roads, and pedestrian walkways.
Both Georgian citizens and non-residents are eligible to purchase land plots at Orientiri Lisi. The minimum plot size is 1,000 sq.m. Purchases can be made through a one-time payment, an internal installment plan, or a mortgage loan from TBC Bank. One of the project's key advantages is its flat terrain, which significantly reduces residential construction costs.
The project benefits from a prime location within the Lisi ecosystem, just 500 meters from the central Leo Kvachadze Street.
The project is being developed by GRG Development, a company established by GRGROUP. Since 2013, GRGROUP has been operating in the market and has delivered numerous large-scale infrastructure projects across Georgia. The company owns modern asphalt and concrete production facilities, as well as specialized construction equipment, providing an additional guarantee of quality and reliability.
Under an exclusive partnership agreement between GRG Development and Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA), GREA has been responsible for the project's sales and commercial operations since October 2025.
