Orientiri Lisi is a boutique-type neighborhood designed for private houses on the shores of Lisi Lake, where only 24 families will live. The project is located just 300 meters from Lisi Lake and only 500 meters from the main (Leo Kvatchadze) Street. Within a 500-meter radius, there are 4 leading schools.

The neighborhood features developed infrastructure: outdoor lighting, all utilities connected to each plot, paved roads, and stormwater systems. The project is carried out by the construction company GRG, which actively manages large-scale infrastructure projects across Georgia. 

The project's infrastructure works will be completed in May 2026.
