INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS HAVE STARTED AT THE ORIENTIRI LISI PROJECT!

Infrastructure works have started at the Orientiri Lisi project!

The terrain has been leveled. Water and sewage pipes and manholes have already been delivered to the site. In the coming days, installation of the water and sewage network as well as the stormwater system, will begin. The project is being carried out by the construction company GRG, which actively manages large-scale infrastructure projects across Georgia.

The infrastructure works are scheduled to be completed by May 2026.

Orientiri Lisi is a boutique residential neighborhood designed for private houses on the shores of Lisi Lake, where only 24 families will live. The project offers plots of land starting from 1,000 sq.m.
